What is a Development Support Service?
We want to extend ElectroNeek’s RPA capabilities in building world-class bots for our IT Service Providers. For this purpose, we provide an experienced team of Development Consultants. They help in unblocking any situation and also guide users in their bot development.
These consultants are deeply involved in understanding the use case and ongoing challenges in order to support customers in finding the best available solution.
Why is it necessary?
Over time, we have realized that:
- Some overcomplicated solutions can be easily designed using ElectroNeek Studio Pro & Development Support Services.
- All customers need an efficient and fast support service when they don’t find a good solution while creating an automation use case.
- Some customers, new in the RPA business, need Development Consultancy Support to apply the best practices in automation platforms.
Who is eligible for it?
Based on their plans, customers can have unlimited development support hours. In addition, they need to have successfully completed the Academy training to request this service.
How can customers request it?
IT Service Providers submit a ticket via the Support Center and describe their needs. It should contain the following information:
- A detailed description of the use case.
- An explanation about the challenge or stuck point.
- Some screenshots or video recordings of the issues encountered if any.
Are there any additional conditions?
These are some of the Development Consultant's expected tasks and responsibilities:
- They are not supposed to create bots from scratch for the customer.
- They are not responsible for tasks related to third-party services.
- They should provide assistance to apply best practices related to automation, using ElectroNeek tools and unblocking particular situations in accordance with customer requirements.
