Only the account owner will have access to Lead Center (formerly known as MSP Toolbox) after an IT Service provider becomes an ElectroNeek customer and is given access to the tool. Therefore, the owner must invite other users to start working and reviewing the Leads' information.
Here are the instructions on how to invite users to start working with Lead Center:
- Navigate to the User Portal.
- Click "Team".
- Press the Lead Center tab on the Team screen.
- Click "Add users" and then select a user to be added.
