In order to unlock a lead:
1. Sign in to the User's Portal.
2. Expand the Business Hub option.
3. Expand the "Lead Center" option (formerly known as MSP Toolbox).
4. Then, click "Leads". The Leads screen opens.
4. Look through a list of all the leads and select the one that is right for you.
5. If you click on the name line of the lead, its card will open. This card contains all its information.
6. If the lead does not suit you - you can close its card and move on to another lead;
7. If you are interested in the lead - click on the button "Unlock this lead" and solve the captcha.
After that, you will be able to interact with the lead. At this point, the lead will get to the "CRM" screen.
Pay attention to these parameters when working with leads:
1. The number of leads you can take per month. The lead counter is reset to zero every first day of the month (00:00 UTC every 1st day of the month).
2. Total quantity of opened deals. The counter of total number of deals is reduced when you close them.
If the leads or deals quantity is exceeded, you will not be able to unlock new leads.
