Starting with release 7.0 in the cloud and on-prem versions of the portal, it is now possible to track key actions performed in the system: what exactly and by whom exactly was done.
The audit logs will contain the main parameters of each action: the time of the action, the user who performed it, the category of the action, the event, the name of the action itself, the IP address of the computer from which the action was performed, the status (successful/error), the component and the user's role in the Team. In addition to the parameters described above, the audit logs will include detailed information on each event. These parameters will include: UTC time, user name, geolocation, product role and a detailed description of the error (if it occurred while performing the action). To display additional parameters, click on the "i" icon next to the row of the corresponding action.
Audit logs can be downloaded in .csv format. To do this, click the " Download" button, select the desired time range and click "OK". Unloaded audit logs include both basic and additional action parameters.
