What is multitenancy?
Let's imagine a situation: you are an integrator and you help other companies automate their business processes with RPA. Or you are automating inside your company with many departments and divisions. In both cases, it would be very convenient to control all the processes from one interface and prevent overlapping of data from different clients (or departments). The multitenancy functionality is used for this purpose.
Is there a charge?
If you are, for example, an integrator and you have clients with purchased Orchestrator, the management of bots in which is on your side, then you in our system will need to have several tenants, which means one client - one tenant.
Each tenant is provided on a paid basis, so if, for example, you have three customers with three Orchestrators, you will need to pay for three tenants. ElectroNeek's competitors usually provide tenants for free. However, unlike competitors, ElectroNeek allows you to upload an unlimited number of bots to Orchestrator, whereas competitors charge extra for this. Therefore, this approach allows unlimited scaling of robotization for customers.
How does it work?
The process of setting up multitenancy is quite simple - we cover it in detail in this article. You won't have to download additional programs or plugins, everything will work within your Orchestrator. As a result, you will be able to see bots from other organizations in your Orchestrator, or give another organization access to your Orchestrator to manage your bots.
