By clicking this three-dot button to the right, you will be able to access the following options:
'Details' lets you view detailed info about the bot and access some other features.
'Run now' launches the bot right away.
'Schedule' makes it possible to launch the bot periodically according to a specified amount of time.
'Delete' removes the bot from Orchestrator. It does not delete it from your PC.
Bot options button
Upon clicking any of these options (except 'Delete') the page with bot details will be opened. Alternatively, you can click the name of any bot in this list to open the menu. It basically works the same as the three-dot button.
Bot details page
On this page we can see the name and description of the bot, the number of Bot Runners assigned to it, the next launch time and date, status, and webhook link switcher.
Below are two launch control buttons: 'Run now' and 'Schedule'.
At the bottom of the page are two tabs: the 'Activity logs' tab shows info about the bot execution and the 'Assigned Bot Runners' tab shows the list of Bot Runner program instances assigned to this bot.
This page basically shows the list of all the instances of the Bot Runner program connected to Orchestrator. It indicates the name of the computer running an instance, the user account used to log in, and the status of the listed instances.
