Welcome to the Admin Account Guide! In this series of articles you are going to find out how to activate and set up your account and add new team members to your Team. Then we will move to general overview of your account and take a look at what features it has.
The very first stage of an account creation is done by ElectroNeek team. Our team members create a Team which consists of an owner and other team membes that are possible to add to the Team by the owner. When this is done, an activation email is sent to the owner. Basically, this means that you will be able to start setting up your account after our employees create a Team for you.
Receiving the email
After the Team was created, you will receive the account activation email shortly. Open it and click the ‘Set up account’ button.
